Q: Does For-Keeps have a minimum order value?

A: No, you can spend as much or as little as you want and still receive free shipping on all UK orders. Shipping to the UK typically takes 5 working days. If you would like to receive your order more quickly then you can pay for other delivery methods such as our 24 or 48 hour deliver service.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived in that time then please call or email our team. For orders using Royal Mail services, we have to wait 10 working days before a refund or a replacement can be sent.

Q: Can I still order a product if it’s out of stock?

A: Yes, if we no longer have your chosen product in stock then we will do everything we can to source it for you. However, delivery may take a little longer than normal. If your chosen product is out of stock we will email you an estimated dispatch date, which will typically be 1-2 weeks. If you would prefer not to wait then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please be aware that we only ship complete orders. If necessary we wait until all products are in stock.

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?

A: Yes, we offer a full returns policy on products if you simply change your mind. You have 14 days to return goods from the date of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete will accessories and documentation. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting when returning parcels as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.

Q: What is the policy on faulty items?

A: In the very rare event that any of our products are damaged or faulty, you have 30 days to inform us of the fault from the date of receipt. Items should be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Please let us know whether you’d like to exchange the product or receive a full refund. Postage will be refunded if the item is incorrect or faulty. Please notify us via email at if an item is faulty and we will send you a postage label.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

A: Yes, you can have your order sent to an address other than the billing address.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payment by Credit Card and Debit Card. Please enter the card number, the expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
